摘 要:
概述了碳、氮同位素在我国草地植物营养研究中的应用情况,同时评价了新型的同位素应用技术,如同位素探针、同位素包膜技术、同位素复合标记技术、同位素生态建模等。并提出加强同位素技术在草地环境变化检测、草地退化与恢复过程、草地植物进化演变等方面的应用研究,为我国草地生态系统研究做出贡献。

摘 要:
The application of carbon and nitrogen isotope technique in grassland plant nutrition research in China was overviewed,and some new isotope applied-techniques were evaluated,such as:isotopes probing,isotopes envelope,isotopes marked composite technology,ecological modeling with isotopes.The need of enhancing the applied research of isotope technique in environmental change of grassland,grassland degradation and recovery,and evolution of grassland plant to make a contribution to the study of grassland ecosystem in China was proposed.
