四烯雌酮对后备母猪同期发情的影响

摘  要：
为研究四烯雌酮对后备母猪同期发情的影响,将120头后备母猪分成3组,每组40头,后备母猪日龄≥210 d。第1组在定位栏饲养,第2组在大栏饲养,第3组日龄较第1、2组大30 d以上,也在定位栏饲养。每头后备母猪饲喂四烯雌酮15 mg·d-1,连续饲喂14 d。结果显示,第1、2、3组后备母猪的发情率分别为60.0%、92.5%、75.0%,发情高峰期是在停喂四烯雌酮后第7~9天,后备母猪的有效饲养面积和日龄对后备母猪的发情率影响显著。

摘  要：
This study investigated the effects of altrenogest treatment on synchronization of gilts estrus.One hundred and twenty gilts were divided into 3 groups,each group had 40 gilts,and age were older than 210 days.The first group was bred in location bar,the second group was bred in big bar,the third group was also bred in location bar and their age was 30 days older than the first two groups.Every gilt received an administration of a daily individual dose of 15 mg of altrenogest,which continued to 14 days.The results showed that the gilt estrus rates of the three groups were 60.0%,92.5%,75.0%,respectively.The time of the gilts estrus fastigium was from the 7th day to the 9th day after stopping to feed gilts with altrenogest.In conclusion,the effective raising area and age significant effected on the gilt estrus rate.
