摘 要：
The paper analyzes the development of special economic forest industry in Yunnan and identifies the problems in science and technology including poor selection of excellent varieties,imperfect systems of seedlings'supply and breeding & propagation.Furthermore,it puts forward the measures for upgrading scientific levels of saplings and seedlings to speed up the development of special economic forest industry.
