基于在上海市金山区秀水种子有限公司的实地调查,分析了该区水稻良种补贴政策的实施情况以及所取得的主要成效,提出了完善该区水稻良种补贴政策的思路和建议,以期为今后更有效实施良种补贴政策提供有益借鉴。

摘  要：
On the basis of on the spot investigations of the Xiushui Seeds Limited Company in Jinshan District,the article analyzed the situation of implementing the subsidy policy of superior rice cultivars in Jinshan District as well as the major achievements,and put forward the idea and proposal of improving the subsidy policy in the hope of providing a beneficial reference for implementing the subsidy policy more effectively hereafter.
