不同生境金露梅叶中黄酮总量的变化及其变因分析

摘  要:
对生长于青藏高原及黑龙江金露梅叶中的黄酮总量在不同生境下的变化规律进行了研究。结果表明,生长于青藏高原的金露梅叶中黄酮总量平均为17.8 mg/g,明显较生长于黑龙江的高(平均为10.2 mg/g);而分布于青藏高原的金露梅叶的总黄酮含量随其生长地海拔高度的增加而增加。分析认为,紫外线照射强度不同是导致这种现象出现的主要原因之一。

摘  要:
Change of total flavonoid in leaves of Potentilla fruticoca grew at Qinghai-Tibet plateau and Heilongjiang province was studied.The experimental results show that the total flavonoid in leaves of Potentilla fruticoca grew at Qinghai-Tibet plateau and Heilongjiang province were 17.8 mg/g and 10.2 mg/g respectively.As the increasing of altitude,the total flavonoid in leaves of Potentilla fruticoca grew at Qinghai-Tibet plateau shows the tendency of increase.It is analyzed that different ultraviolet radiation is the main reason for the difference.
