摘  要:
对鹿角酒的工艺流程、操作要点、质量标准、营养成分及部分影响质量的因素进行了研究。结果表明.以鹿角、蒲公英、茯苓等传统中药材为原料,采用特殊的炮制方法,以常用的干白葡萄酒为酒基,研制成鹿角酒。该产品特别适合于女性,并具有预防女性孔腺疾病的作用。

摘  要:
The technological process, key points of operation, quality standard, nutritious compositions and factors that partly affect the quality of the healthful wine are studied in the paper. The healthful wine is made up with white grape wine and Chinese Traditional Medicinal Materials, hand deer antler, oferba Taraxaci, Poria that are prepared by special methods. As a result, it suits to female particularly, and can prevent female galactophore disease.
