油膜压力反馈理论在SZM-0.9型轴向柱塞油马达上的应用

摘 要:
利用油膜压力反馈的基本原理,对SZM-0.9型轴向柱塞式油马达的改进设计,使该油马达的额定工作压力从160公斤·力/厘米~2上升至210公斤·力/厘米~2,从而使油马达的性能达到了国际同类产品的水平。通过理海计算,我们还可得知改进设计后的油马达的滑靴损失功率仅是设计的1/6。此外,在计算中也可看出,油膜压力反馈原理也适用于其他各类滑靴结构式的油泵、油马达,它对我国现有的柱塞式油泵、油马达的设计具有一定的参考价值。

摘 要:
Upon the principle of oil-film pressure feed-b- ack, the modified design of axial plunger oil motor enables the rated operating pressure to be raised from 160 kgf/sq. cm to 210 kgf/sq. cm, which can promote the performance of the SZM-0. 9 hydraulic motor to as a standard as that of its equivalent in international market. Theoretical analusis and caculation indicate that with the improved design the power loss caused by the slide block can be reduced to one sixth of that in the original design. Because the principle of oil-film pressure feedback is applicable to various types of slide-block-structured oil pump and motor, the information presented in this paper can be used as reference in designs of oil pump and motor.
