速生杨木单板层积材冷压工艺研究

摘  要:
冷压制造结构用单板层积材时,单位压力、加压时间、陈放时间、涂胶量和胶种是影响其强度性能的重要因素,同时各因素的变化还直接影响到生产成本和生产效率。试验表明,理想的冷压工艺条件为:单位压力 0.98 MPa、加压时间 7 h、陈放时间 40 min、涂胶量 180g/m2(单面)。

摘  要:
The pressure, pressure and assembly time,amount of spread and kind of adhesives are important factors affecting the strength properties of cold - pressed laminated veneer lumber (LVL). The change of factors can directly affect the cost and effecincy of products. The test result shows that the ideal technological conditions for cold-pressed LVL are pres-sure; 10 kg/cm2; pressure time: 7 h; assembly time: 40 min; amount of adhesives spread: 180 g/m2 (single surface).
