摘要：

基于网络的认知行为治疗是借助互联网获取计算机程序实现认知行为治疗的方式。通过对基于网络的认知行为治疗干预的元分析研究和随机控制实验展开回顾,分析其在治疗抑郁、焦虑、创伤后应激障碍以及其他精神病理性障碍方面的有效性。

摘要：

Cognitive behavior therapy based on Internet is a way to achieve cognitive behavioral therapy by means of Internet access to computer programs.Analyze the effectiveness of treating depression,anxiety,post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychopathological disorder through reviewing the meta-analysis research and randomized controlled trails of Internet-based cognitive-behavioral therapy intervention.
