油菜品种资源细胞质育性类型及核不育基因型鉴定

摘  要:
利用郑32A作母本和郑32B作父本分别与来自国内外的49个甘蓝型油菜品种(系)进行测交,根据F1及F2代育性分离结果鉴定细胞质育性类型及细胞核育性基因型。结果表明:17个品种(系)为纯合恢复基因型(RR),占供试品种总数的34.69%,其中13个品种(系)的细胞质类型为S,4个品种为N。24个品种(系)为纯合不育基因型(rr),占总数的48.98%,说明现有国内外甘蓝型油菜种质资源材料中恢复材料少于保持材料,油菜杂种优势利用必须加强新恢复系的选育。8个品种(系)的育性为杂合基因型(Rr),其中5个品种具有S细胞质,3个品种为N细胞质。认为用不育系和保持系同时鉴定油菜品种细胞质育性类型和细胞核育性基因型比只用保持系鉴定的效率更高。

摘  要:
Forty-nine B. napus cultivars with some available agronomic characters were crossed with Zheng 32A (as maternal) and Zheng 32B (as paternal), respectively. The cytoplasmic fertility types and nucleic fertility genotypes of the germplasm resources were determined by the results of fertility investigation of F1 and F2. The results showed that there were 17 cultivars with pure restoring genotype (RR), which was 34.69% to total cultivar number. In the 17 cultivars, 13 cultivars had sterile cytoplasm (S) and 4 cultivars had fertile cytoplasm (N). There were 24 cultivars with pure sterile nucleic fertility genotype (rr), which was 48.98% to total cultivars number. The result indicated that there were less restorer materials than maintainer materials in the present rapeseed cultivars. Eight cultivars had nucleic fertility genotype of Rr, in which there were 5 cultivars with sterile cytoplasm (S) and 3 cultivars with fertile cytoplasm (N). It was more efficient to determine the cytoplasmic fertility types and nucleic fertility genotypes with both the cytoplasmic male sterile lines and maintainers than just with the maintainers.
