摘 要:
为了观察麦角甾苷和松果菊苷对体外培养大鼠成骨细胞BMP2基因表达的影响。本试验采用酶消化法分离得到大鼠颅骨成骨细胞,在第3代成骨细胞中分别加入含有不同浓度麦角甾苷和松果菊苷的培养液进行培养,在培养的不同时间收集细胞、提取细胞总RNA,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法观察对成骨细胞BMP2基因表达的影响。结果表明,麦角甾苷和松果菊苷均能促进大鼠成骨细胞BMP2基因的表达。

摘 要:
In order to evaluate the effects of Acteoside and Echinacoside on the BMP2 gene expression in rat osteoblasts.Osteoblasts were isolated from calvaria in neonatal rat and were processed by the trypsin and collagenase digestion method.Then the third-generation cultured osteoblasts were exposure to different concentrations of Acteoside and Echinacoside for 24,48and 72hours,respectively.The total RNA was isolated from osteoblasts cultured in the different time and BMP2 gene expression were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR.The result indicated that Acteoside and Echnacoside could promote the expression of BMP2 gene.
