2001苹果果实若干性状的花粉直感规律研究

摘  要：
以2001富士为试材,以全面着深红色而果形指数较大的红星、部分着深红色而果形指数较小的藤牧一号以及果面底色黄绿色而不着红色、果形指数中等的金冠为授粉品种,研究了单果重等若干果实性状的花粉直感规律,结果表明:2001富士苹果果实果柄、果点、果肉细胞间隙、果肉细胞大小等均表现出典型的花粉直感现象,各指标都表现出与授粉品种果实性状互相均衡的规律,而单果重、果形指数、着色面积与着色程度、色相、果肉硬度、糖酸含量、Vc含量等性状均受授粉品种的影响,但无明显规律。

摘  要：
Taking 2001 Fuji apple as the maternal plant, and the varieties of "Starking" which charactered with well fruit coloring of red together with high value of L/D index,"OBIR-2T-47" with partly fruit coloring of red and low value of L/D index and, "Golden Deliciuos" with poor fruit coloring of red and medium L/D value as the pollination plants, the metaxenia roles in trait expression, like single fruit weight, were studied. The results showed that some traits of 2001 Fuji apple fruit such as fruit stalk, fruit lenticel, flesh cell interspace, flesh cell size expressed typical metaxenia. Every index figures showed well coincidence to that of the pollinators. Fruit weight, L/D index, red color coverage, color pattern, flesh firmness and contents of sugar, acid and Vc were also affected by the pollinators. However, no regularity was observed.
