耐酸铝狼尾草种质资源的筛选

摘  要:
以湖南省不同生境下采集的63个野生狼尾草种质资源为试验材料,在pH值4.5、2000μmol/L Al 3+酸铝溶液胁迫条件下对其萌发和根系生长等指标进行相关性和主成分分析表明:活力指数和根长可作为狼尾草萌发期酸铝耐性评价指标;通过秩和比统计分析和聚类分析,可将63个狼尾草资源分为3类,18个资源耐酸铝,25个资源中度耐酸铝,20个资源对酸铝敏感。

摘  要:
63 germplasm materials of wild Pennisetum collected from different habitats of Hunan province were used as plant materials.The seed germination test was carried out under acid-aluminum stress condition(pH 4.5,2000μmol/L Al 3+),and statistical analysis was conducted based on the indexes of Pennisetum germination characteristics and root growth characteristics.The correlation analysis and the principal component analysis showed that vigor index and root length can be considered as screening indexes for Pennisetum with acid-aluminum tolerance.Through the analysis of Rank Sum Ratio statistical analysis and clustering,63 Pennisetum resources can be divided into 3categories:18materials were extremely acid-aluminum tolerant;25materials were moderate acid-aluminum tolerant;and 20 materials were acid-aluminum sensitive.
