彩虹明樱蛤贝体尺寸性状对体重的影响效应

摘  要：
随机选取彩虹明樱蛤120枚,在逐个测量体重和壳宽的基础上,以右壳为测量对象依次测量AB、AC、BC、OA、OB、OC和SW等长度性状指标。采用相关分析、通径分析和偏回归分析等多元统计学方法,探寻形态性状对体重的影响效应。结果表明:(1)除AC-BC组合未达极显著水平(P>0.05)外,彩虹明樱蛤各生物学测定指标间两两相关系数均达极显著水平(P<0.01);(2)AB、OB、SW等3项尺寸性状是影响彩虹明樱蛤体重的关键指标,其中AB尤为重要,其它尺寸性状主要通过AB的间接作用影响体重;(3)AB-SW、AB-OB、SW-OB性状组合对体重的决定程度较大,其中SW-OB组合在AB的影响下大于AB对体重的直接影响。

摘  要：
Base on measured the weight and shell width on 120 individuals randomly sampled Moerella iridescens,we made shells coloring and scanned,selecting the right shell for measuring object and measuring OB,OA,OC,AB,AC,BC and SW for length trait.The paper explored the effect of phenotypic and morphometric traits on body weight,by using correlation analysis,path analysis,and regression analysis.The results indicated that:(1) The correlation coefficients between each two phenotypic trait and body weight are at extremely significant level(P<0.01),except fo AC-BC.(2) AB、OB and SW of the morphological characters are the key effect to weight index of M.iridescens,which all the others work will through it.(3)The result of degree analysis shows that: AB-SW、AB-OB、SW-OB trait combinations on the degree of the decision of the whole weight, SW-OB combination under the influence of AB is greater than the direct effects of AB on the whole weight.
