桑树品种的抗旱性鉴定研究

摘  要:
本试验以9个桑树品种和品系为试验材料.研究了桑树各品种间叶片的含水量、持水能力,并在干旱条件下测定了桑树叶片的大小、电导率及游离脯氨酸的含量.结果表明:桑树对干旱的反应存在着品种间的差异,其中抗旱能力较强的为勺桑、9001和湖桑197,较弱的为湖桑199和育2号.

摘  要:
ABSTRACTNine mulberry genotypes were used in an experiment, in which water content and water retention capacity of their leaves were determined and, under water stress, leaf area and electric conductivity and free proline content in the leaves were measured. Varietal difference in the response to drought was shown to exist among the genotypes studied and the three genotypes of Shaosang, 9001 and Husang 197 showed better drought tolerance while drought tolerance was comparatively weak in Husang 199 and Yu 2.
