西番莲提取物对三七炭疽病菌和黑斑病菌的抑制作用

摘  要:
研究西番莲(Passiflora coerulea L.)提取物对三七[Panax notoginseng(Burk.)F.H.Chen]黑斑病(Alternaria panax Whetz)、炭疽病(Colletotrichum panacicola Vyedaet Takimoto)菌的抑菌活性,为三七病害生物防治提供参考。采用病原菌生长速率法测定不同浓度新鲜西番莲叶、茎、果提取物对三七黑斑病、炭疽病菌的抑制效果。结果表明,西番莲水和乙醇提取物对供试菌有良好的抑制活性,抑菌活性与浓度呈正相关,对黑斑病抑制作用最明显的是1 g/m L西番莲叶的乙醇提取液,抑制率达40%;对炭疽病菌抑制作用最明显的是0.5 g/m L西番莲叶的水提取液,抑制率达61%。

摘  要:
In order to provide references for Panax notoginseng pathogen biological control,the antimicrobial activities of passion fruit extracts on Alternaria panax Whetz and Colletotrichum panacicola Vyedaet Takimoto were rearched. The antibacterial activity of extracts with different concentrations of fresh leaves, stems and fruits to A. panax Whetz and C. panacicola were measured respectively by mycelia growth rate method. The results showed that the water extraction and the ethanol extraction of passion fruit could inhibit A. panax and C. panacicola propagation. The higher concentration had the stronger antimicrobial activities. The ethanol extraction of the passion fruit leaf had the better inhibitory effect to A. panax by the concentration of1 g / m L. The water extraction of the passion fruit leaf had the better inhibitory effect to C. panacicola by the concentration of0.5 g / m L.
