SO_2动态熏气对地衣的急性毒作用研究

摘  要:
以淡黄腹梅衣Xanthoparmeliamexicana(Gyeln)Pale为研究对象,以叶绿素、蛋白质、超氧化物歧化酶(SO)、过氧化物酶(POD)、还原型谷光甘肽(GSH)、酸性磷酸酶、硝酸还原酶、甘露醇脱氨酶(MDH)、葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶(G6PDH)、海藻糖酶为生理生化指标,运用动态熏气和生态毒理学方法,研究了特定条件(温度25℃、相对湿度(60±2)%、光强900~1000lx)下,一定浓度范围SO2动态熏气对地衣组成及代谢的影响。结果表明:随着熏气浓度的增加,叶绿素脱镁比率及含量降低,蛋白质合成受损;SOD、POD活性加强,GSH相对含量降低,酸性磷酸酶活性波式上升,MDH、G6PDH及海藻糖酶活性加强。

摘  要:
The study was conducted to determine the acute toxic effect of sulfur dioxide (SO2) on lichens, Xanthoparmelia mexicana (Gyeln) Pale Chlorophyll content, phaeophytinization ratio and the biochemical indicators(enzymes and glutathione, reduction form, GSH) was analysed in X mexicana, with the fumigation So2 in gas chamber for 8 hours continuously mantained at 25 ℃, (60±2) % relative humidity and 900-1000Lx light intensity. The phaeophytinization ratio decreased, and the chloropyll content and the cholrophyll a/b ratio decreased compared to control but the minimal decrease appeared at0. 5 ×10-3 g/m3SO2.SO2 acumulated in lichens tissues were supposed to enhanse the enzymes activity like superoxide dismutase (SOD), Peroxidase(POD)and GSH content providing with the resitance mechanisms. Lichens under the SO2 pollution increased enzymes activity and GSH content to develop internal self - resistance against SO2. Here the enzymes in nutrition metabolism between the algae and the fungul in lichens was studied, too. The result showed that the acid phosphatase and mannitol dehydrogenase (MDH) activities increase at 0. 5 ×10-3 g/m3and 3. 0×10-3 g/m3SO2, while decreased at 1. 5 ×10-3 g/m3 SO2; no nitrate dehydrogenase activity was detected; activities of mawhtol -1 - phosphate dehydragenase (M1PDH) and glucose - 6 - phosphate dehydrogenase (G6PDH) increased considerabely compared to control; trehalase activity was enhanced with SO2 concentration increase.
