摘  要:
介绍采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈、甲醇、水为流动相,以Agilent C18色谱柱和二极管阵列检测器,在225 nm波长下对试样进行定量分析。结果表明嘧菌酯、肟菌酯、环菌唑线性相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9998,0.9998;变异系数分别为0.76%,0.37%,0.43%;平均回收率分别为99.9%,99.7%,99.9%。

摘  要:
A method for separation and quantitative analysis of azoxystrobin + trifloxystrobin + cyproconazole 52.5% WG by HPLC with acetonitrile-methanol-water as mobile phase,Agilent C18 column and DAD at 225 nm wavelength was described.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient was 0.999 9,0.999 8,0.999 8;the variation coefficient was 0.76%,037%,0.43%;and the average recovery was 99.9%,99.7%,99.9%,respectively.
