添加薰衣草精油对肉仔鸡小肠组织中碱性磷酸酶活性和内毒素含量的影响

摘  要：
【目的】研究日粮中添加薰衣草精油对肉仔鸡空肠组织中碱性磷酸酶活性和回肠内容物中内毒素含量的影响。【方法】将300只1日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分成4个处理组(每组设3个重复,每个重复25只),对照组饲喂基础日粮加抗生素,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组日粮为基础日粮分别添加薰衣草精油0.4、0.8、1.2(0~2周)和0.2、0.4、0.6 mL/kg(3~6周)。【结果】21日龄时空肠组织中碱性磷酸酶活性试验Ⅲ组比对照组、试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组高102.19%(P<0.05)、77.21%(P<0.05)和83.14%(P<0.05)。35日龄时,各试验组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);21、35日龄时回肠组织中碱性磷酸酶活性各试验组与对照组比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。回肠内容物中内毒素含量:21日龄时试验Ⅰ组最高,分别比对照组、试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组高96.74%(P<0.05)、134.44%(P<0.05)和62.25%(P<0.05),试验Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05);在35日龄时,试验Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组、Ⅲ组与对照组相比,降低了52%、44.7%和70.6%(P<0.05)。【结论】日粮中添加薰衣草精油对肉仔鸡空肠和回肠组织中AKP活性无显著影响(P>0.05);日粮中添加薰衣草精油能有效降低35日龄肉仔鸡回肠内容物中内毒素的含量。

摘  要：
【Objective】This research was conducted with the purpose to study the effects of lavender essential oil replacing antibiotics in diet on jejunal,ileum AKP and Endotoxin in the contents of the ileum of Broilers.【Method】Three hundred 1- day- old AA broilers were randomized into one control group and three trial groups with 3 replicates per group and 25 chickens per replicate. The control group was fed with diet, which was supplemented with antibiotics,while birds in the trial group I,II and III were fed with diet,which was supplemented with 0. 4,0. 8,1. 2( 0- 2 weeks) and 0. 2,0. 4,0. 8 mL / kg( 3- 6 weeks) of the lavender essential oil,to replace antibiotics,respectively. 【Result】The jejunal AKP activity of test group Ⅲ on the 21st day was increased by 102. 19%( P < 0. 05),77. 21%( P < 0. 05) and 83. 14%( P < 0. 05) comparing with control group and test group I,II,respectively. But on the 35th day three was no significant difference between all groups and control group in the index. Three was also no significant difference in ileum AKP activity on the 21d and 35d( P > 0. 05); Endotoxin in the contents of the ileum of 21 d,endotoxin in the contents of the ileum of the test group Ⅰ compared with the control group,test group Ⅱ and Ⅲ increased by 96. 74%( P < 0. 05),134. 44%( P < 0. 05) and 62. 25%( P < 0. 05) respectively; The test group Ⅱand Ⅲ no significant difference was displayed( P < 0. 05); 35d,the test group Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ decreased by 52%, 44. 7% and 70. 6%( P < 0. 05),respectively.【Conclusion】Lavender essential oil replacing antibiotics in diet had no effect on AKP activity in the jejunum and ileum( P > 0. 05). The oil replacing antibiotics in diet could reduce the content of endotoxin in ileum contents of 35- day- old broilers.
