智能化甘蔗收获机断头断尾控制系统的研究

摘  要:
通过对以往甘蔗机械化收割时出现甘蔗头破损率大的原因研究,发现其问题在于甘蔗刀。通过把原来圆盘形甘蔗断头和甘蔗断尾方式改变为直锯齿方式,减小侧向阻力,实现甘蔗头破损率下降。利用压力传感器测距技术对甘蔗断头位置定位,实现断头位置准确。图像传感器对甘蔗头和甘蔗尾图像采集,数据经单片机处理识别,选择出合适的断头速度和合适的断尾位置,实现了甘蔗头破损率低和避免甘蔗断尾时产生的浪费。实验表明,智能化甘蔗断头断尾,甘蔗头破损率可控制到小于3%,浪费小于1%。

摘  要:
Through to mechanization of sugarcane harvesting sugar cane head appears when the breakage rate of the causes of the problem lies in the sugar cane knives,found.Through the original disc cane breakage and sugarcane tail changes for straight tooth,reduce the lateral resistance of sugarcane,head damage rate.The sugar cane breakage position by ranging technology of pressure sensor,the position accuracy achieved.The image sensor head and tail of sugarcane sugar cane image acquisition,data processing by the MCU recognition,choose suitable breakage rate and the right tail position;the head of a cane breakage rate is low and avoid the waste of sugarcane tail.Experiments show that,the intelligent cane breakage tail,head of a cane breakage rate can be controlled to less than 2%,waste is less than 1%.
