背负式纵卧辊玉米收获机整体配置优化研究

摘  要:
背负式(披挂式)纵卧辊结构是玉米收获机的首选方案之一,特别适用于我国小地块个体种植生产。对这种机型整体配置的研究发现,其主要问题是拖拉机前轮荷载太大,从而导致一系列其他问题,即前轮轴超载、转向困难、收获装置轻巧化与提高刚性的矛盾难调和。为此,提出了解决此问题的优化配置方案:集穗箱向后移动,在拖拉机后部增加配重,从而为机器的优化设计提供了理论指导。

摘  要:
Configuration of the back-carried lengthways-horizontal roller is one of preferred project of the corn harvester. It is especially suitable for small plot planting way. The problems of this configuration were proposed and researched. The main problem was that the load of the front wheels of the tractor was too high,which led a series of problems. They were follows: the front-wheel axle was overloaded,direction turning was difficult,and the contradiction of weight decreasing with stiffness increasing could not be tempered. To solve those problems,an optimized configuration was developed. It is moving the corn spike collection box backward and adding weight in the back of the tractor. This method gives good theory guidance for the machine optimization design.
