两种能模拟微重力效应的植物回转装置

摘  要:
回转装置作为一种能模拟微重力效应的地面实验设备,被广泛用于重力生物学研究。为此,介绍了近几年来福建省农业科学院研发的两种植物回转装置的结构和性能。采用植物湿润栽培方法和闭式培养液旋转壁灌流供给技术,解决循环培养液、动力线和控制线从固定管件到旋转管件、旋转管件回到固定管件的接口问题,实现植物模拟微重力状态下的全生育期培养。

摘  要:
As a ground experiment equipment for simulated microgravity effect,clinostat was widely used in gravity biology research.In this paper,structure and performance of two clinostats developed by Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences was introduced.Use plant damp cultivation method and o-type nutrient solution supply technology by rotating wall perfusion to solve the port problem that cyclic broth,power line and control line transferred between fixed and rotating pipe fittings,which makes it possible to culture plant for the whole stages under simulated microgravity conditions.
