梳齿式采棉机采收性能影响因素的试验研究

摘  要:
针对梳齿式采摘器工作易堵塞、工作性能不稳定等问题,以主要影响因素梳齿间距、行走速度和拨棉轮转速为研究对象,对其进行正交试验和方差分析,确定各因素对采收性能的影响规律及较优工作参数组合。田间试验表明:当梳齿间距(两角铁中线距离)为50mm、行走速度为35m/min以及拨棉轮转速为48r/min时为最优作业组合。此条件下,该装置的采净率为95.7%,生产率为31.2kg/min,工作性能达到技术规范要求。

摘  要:
Existing comb-type cotton picker easy to plug in the work process,work performance problems of instability,the main factors to comb spacing,walking speed,wheel speed dial cotton study,the orthogonal test of their,variance analysis to determine the performance of various factors on the impact of harvesting rules and optimum working parameters.Field experiment showed that: when the comb spacing 50mm,walking speed 35m/min,cotton wheel speed dial 48r/min optimal operation when combined,these conditions,the mining machine is the net rate was 95.7%,colliding with a cotton rate of 2.5 %,productivity 31.2kg/min,work performance to technical specifications.
