西南马地方类型遗传分化及亲缘关系研究

摘  要：
对6个西南马地方类型血液蛋白多态位点ALb、Tf、Es的基因频率资料进行了遗传学分析,结果表明,各地矮马和中型马Hs值接近,血液蛋白基因频率差异不显著(p>0.05);与国外小型马种相比,西南马地方类型首先聚类,表现了相对较近的亲缘关系;经对西南马遗传变异的剖析,地方类型间遗传差异(Gse)为4.66%,地方类型内遗传差异为95.34%;地方类型的遗传分化(Fst)主要源自Es位点。

摘  要：
Genetic analysis has been conducted to the reported Gene frequencies of the blood protein polymorphic loci Alb, Tf and Es in Southwestern local type horses. The ressuh has showed that the Hs value of ponies in different regions is approximately the same as the medium sozed horses and the gene frequencies of the blood protein loci has no significant difference (p>0. 05). Compared with ponies of foreign countries, the local types of sourthwest ern horses are clusted in one group at first with genetic similarity analysis, which suggests that they has closer relationship. The genetic variation analysis to the souehwestern horses has presented that the genetic difference between the local types (Gst) ix 4. 66%, whilist the data is 95.34% within the local types. The genetic differentiation (Fst) mainly comes from the Es locus.
