噻嗪酮对稻田蜘蛛群落的影响

摘  要:
选择基本无稻飞虱田和高密度稻飞虱田进行对比试验,在排除与添加稻飞虱因子的条件下,研究噻嗪酮投入稻田生态系统后,对稻田蜘蛛群落的干扰作用。在基本无虱田,施药后的蜘蛛数量和种群平均增长率与对照(不施药)无显著差异,确认噻嗪酮用量在≤468.75g(a.i.)/ha时,对稻田蜘蛛十分安全。在稻飞虱高密度田,施药后10天左右由于食料缺乏,蜘蛛数量暂时下降,15天后蜘蛛数量回升,但种群平均密度低于对照,群落内的种间关系发生一定的变化,群落多样性指数比施药前明显下降,稻田蛛虱比显著增高。

摘  要:
In order to study the interference effect of buprofezin on the spider community, two rice fields infested with dense and few planthoppers were selected to test whether the spider community was affected by buprofezin or by the population of planthoppers in the field. The results showed that buprofezin was safe to spider when the application rate was less than a. i. 468. 75g/ha. After buprofezin was applied in few planthopper field, the mean growth rate of spider was not significantly different from that in the control field (without buprofezin application). In the dense-planthopper field, the number of spider decreased temporarily within 10 days after spraying and increased gradually 15 days after spraying)the index of community diversity [H'(F)] of spiders after spraying was decreased compared with that before spraying i the relation between the spider species within a community was changed; the balance point of the population was lower than that in the control plot; and the ratio of spiders to planthoppers increased.
