戴云山野生杨梅自然群体遗传结构的ISSR分析

摘  要:
采集戴云山脉自然群体的41份野生杨梅样品为材料,采用ISSR分子标记结合相关软件进行遗传结构分析。研究结果表明:筛选的13条引物共扩增获得175条DNA条带,其中多态性条带为140条,占扩增总片段的80%,表明戴云山野生杨梅具有较高的遗传多样性水平;STRUCTURE聚类分析(基于模型)将41份野生杨梅划分为6个类群,结合Q值(Inferred ancestry of individuals)分析表明,戴云山脉野生杨梅存在丰富的遗传信息交流。

摘  要:
41 samples of the leaves from wild Myrica rubra were collected as the experimental materials of ISSR analyses from Daiyunshan Mountains. The technical system of ISSR marker for M. rubra was optimized, and their genetic structures were analyzed by related software such as STRUCTURE and POPGENE in our study. Based on13 primers, 175 clear and stable DNA fragments were obtained, 140 of which were polymorphic markers,accounting for 80% of the total bands, which revealed a high level of genetic diversity. Based on the model cluster, the results of STRUCTURE analysis indicated that 41 wild resources could be clustered into 6 groups.And the Q-value(Inferred ancestry of individuals)showed there were abundant exchanges of the genetic information in the natural populations in Daiyunshan Mountains.
