金黄地鼠超数排卵的研究

摘 要：
采用孕马血清促性腺激素（ＰＭＳＧ）和人绒毛膜促性腺激素（ＨＣＧ）对成年雌性金黄地鼠进行超数排卵研究。结果表明：４０ＩＵＰＭＳＧ＋４０ＩＵＨＣＧ剂量组合的超排效果优于３０ＩＵＰＭＳＧ＋３０ＩＵＣＧ剂量组合；适用于中国仓鼠的超排方案不适于金黄地鼠的超数排卵；间隔３～４个情期，不影响超数排卵效果；６～８月龄鼠同２～４月龄鼠的超排效果没有明显差异。

摘 要：
Gold Hamster is a kind of useful experimental animal,but thereseach about its superovulation is lack.So we studied the maturedgolden harnster's superovulation with pregnant mares serumgonadotrophin (PMSG) and human chorionic gonadotrophin(hCG) which was made in china.The main results as bollows:1)It can obtain more eggs when hamster was superovulated with 40 IU PMSG+40 IU HCG than it donewith 30 IU PMSG+30 IUHCG;2)The superovulation program(program )which issuit for Chinese haster didn't suit for Glden hamster;3)Thesuperooulation outcome of superovlated gold hamsterwas not changedafter there or four estrus;4)There was no significant difference between the superooblation owtcome of old golden hamster (68 monthes)and young golden hamster.
