几种杀虫剂对枣飞象的防治效果

摘  要：
为了筛选出对枣飞象高效、绿色和安全的杀虫剂,选用4.5%高效氯氰菊酯、1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯、10%啶虫脒和0.5%苦参碱进行了室内和大田防治药效试验。结果表明,除0.5%苦参碱以外,其他4种药剂都表现出较好的毒杀效果,其中,2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯1 000倍液和4.5%高效氯氰菊酯1 000倍液对枣飞象毒杀效果较好,室内48 h校正死亡率超过90%,田间小区24 h防治效果均达到85%,药后7 d的虫口减退率超过70%;其次是1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐1 000倍液和10%啶虫脒2 000倍液,对枣飞象也表现出较好的防治效果,室内48 h校正死亡率分别为84.07%和79.09%,田间小区48 h防治效果约为70%,药后7 d的虫口减退率分别为68.64%,72.50%,说明二者的持效性较好。综上所述,2.5%高效氯氟氰菊酯、4.5%高效氯氰菊酯、1%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和10%啶虫脒对枣飞象的发生具有良好的防治作用,建议在陕北枣区大面积推广使用。

摘  要：
To select high-efficiency, green and safe insecticides to Scythropus yasunatsui, several kinds of pesticide were tested through both laboratory toxicity tests and field trials. The results showed the 1 000 times of 2.5% lambda cyhalothrin and the 1 000 times4.5% cypermethrin possessed comparatively satisfied effects on Scythropus yasumatsui, after using these 2 pesticides in the laboratory for48 h, the corrected mortality of Scythropus yasumatsui adults were over 90%. After using these 2 pesticides in plot experiment for 24 h,the control effect of Scythropus yasumatsui adults were 85%. After using these 2 pesticides in field efficacy trial for 7 d, the decreased rate of Scythropus yasumatsui adults was over 70%. The 1 000 times 1% methylene abamectin benzoate and the 2 000 times of 10%acetamiprid showed a good control efficiency on Scythropus yasumatsui, after using these 2 pesticides in the laboratory for 48 h, the corrected mortality of Scythropus yasumatsui adults were 84.07%, 79.09%, respectively. After using these 2 pesticides in plot experiment for 48 h, the control effect of Scythropus yasumatsui adults was 70%. After using these 2 pesticides in field efficacy trial for 7 d, the decreased rate of Scythropus yasumatsui adults was 68.64%, 72.5%, respectively. In summary, 2.5% cyhalothrin, 4.5% cypermethrin,1% emamectin benzoate and 10% acetamiprid had a good control efficiency on Scythropus yasumatsui. These 4 pesticides were recommended to widely used for controlling Scythropus yasumatsui in jujube region in north Shaanxi.
