摘  要:
分子标记技术在生物遗传多态性研究中已得到了较为广泛的应用,其具有高效、快捷、不受发育时期和环境因素影响的优点,并可从本质上揭示病原群体遗传多样性、群体遗传结构、遗传变异等特性,因此,该技术对小麦锈病研究也具有重要意义。作者对SSR及EST-SSR分子标记技术在小麦锈菌研究中的应用进行了综述。

摘  要:
Molecular marker technology has been widely used in the study of genetic polymorphism,not only because it has the advantages of high efficiency,rapid,simple and not affected by environmental conditions and developmental stages etc. factors,but it can reveal the essence of pathogen population genetic structure,genetic diversity,genetic variation and so on. Therefore,it has the important guiding significance to the study of wheat rust. This paper summarized the application of SSR and EST-SSR molecular marker technology in the study of wheat rust fungi.
