光质对南林895杨生根时间和根长生长的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究光质对水培植物生根早晚和根生长速率的影响。[方法]以南林895杨为材料,研究了蓝、黑、绿、红和白5种颜色的培养水培盆对南林895杨插穗生根早晚和根生长速率的影响。[结果]在南林895杨插穗水培的早期和中期,蓝盆和黑盆的插穗出芽早且根生长较快,而绿盆、白盆、红盆插穗生根较晚且根生长较慢,在水培后期,光质对插穗根的生长没有显著影响。[结论]蓝光和黑暗条件最适于杨树插穗生根。试验结果为植物水培条件优化研究提供了理论基础。

摘  要:
[Objective]The impact of light quality on rooting time and root growth in plants was studied. [Method]In this study,Nanlin 895 poplar was chosen for researching the effect of five color pots,blue,black,green,red and white,on the rooting time and root growth. [Result] I showed that in the early growing,the cuttings in green and black pots rooted earlier and the root grew faster than those in other pots. But in the latter stage,the light quality had no significant effect on root growth. [Conclusion]Blue light and dark condition were the best for poplar rooting. The result could provide theoretical basis for hydroponic condition optimization.
