兔源微生态制剂在豫丰黄幼兔肠道的定植性研究

摘  要:
根据微生态理论,采用微生态制剂的方法,利用分子微生态技术(DNA变性梯度凝胶电泳)对课题组研发的HNZZMZ微生态制剂(1号、2号)在豫丰黄兔品种的断奶幼兔的肠道定植情况进行了研究。研究发现,兔源HNZZMZ微生态制剂(1号)在豫丰黄兔品种的断奶幼兔的肠道的定植优于植物源HNZZMZ微生态制剂(2号)。

摘  要:
The paper has reported that the permanent planting of microecologics(No.1,No.2) in the gastrointestinal tract of the Yufenghuang weaned young rabbits fed by microecologiaomodulator with molecular test technology based on PCR(denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis,DGGE).The result showed that the effect of the permanent planting of HNZZMZ microecologics(No.1) which were selected from the gastrointestinal tract of healthy rabbit was better than that HNZZMZ microecologics(No.2) which were selected from the leaves of healthy Lucerne.
