氯丹和灭蚁灵在污染场地中的空间分布研究

摘  要:
氯丹和灭蚁灵是两种杀虫剂类POPs,在我国仍然生产和使用。在多年生产氯丹、灭蚁灵的企业厂区内及周围布设采样点,采取不同深度的土壤进行分析,研究了POPs生产企业土壤中污染物的空间分布规律。结果表明,生产厂区内污染严重,在土壤表层,靠近生产车间的土壤中氯丹的浓度高达2927.95mg·kg-1,灭蚁灵浓度高达61.90mg·kg-1,并且已经扩散到周边土壤。在土壤深层,氯丹和灭蚁灵有明显的垂直扩散,10m深处土壤均能检出两种污染物。由于灭蚁灵产量小于氯丹产量,灭蚁灵的污染不及氯丹的污染严重。

摘  要:
As two pesticide POPs,chlordane and mirex are still produced and used in China. So there exist some contaminated sites polluted by chlordane and mirex. One typical chlordane and mirex long-produced chemical plant was selected and 20 sampling points were set in it. The concentrations of chlordane and mirex in soil samples where collected from different depths,surface,5 m and 10 m soil layer,were analyzed to study the spatial distribution of chlordane and mirex in typical POPs contaminated site. A simple,fast and inexpensive method (reversed dispersive solid-phase extraction) was used to analyze chlordane and mirex concentrations in soils with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). Recoveries from 90% to 101% were achieved. The results showed that,pollution was serious in surface soil,with concentrations of chlordane and mirex up to 2 927.95 mg·kg-1 and 61.90 mg·kg-1,respectively,and was diffused from workshop to the around. In 5 m deep soil,chlordane concentrations amounted 0.08~105.34 mg·kg-1 and mirex 0~0.54 mg·kg-1. Both chlordane and mirex were detected in 10 m deep soil,but the pollution was less serious compared with the surface and 5 m deep soil due to less water solution of chlordane and mirex or their weaker transference ability in deep soil. Since the yield of mirex was less than that of chlordane,pollution of mirex was also less serious than that of chlordane.
