我国农业机械购置投入分析

摘  要：
在国家加大农业机械购置补贴力度的新形势下,从农业机械购置投入总量、投入构成以及投入增量结构变化3方面,对近年来我国以及各省农业机械购置投入情况进行分析,得出我国投入总量持续增加、投入构成出现转折和中央投入增量比重大幅上升的结论。同时,针对目前农业机械购置投入现状,找出了存在的主要问题,即财政投入总量与实际需求仍存在差距,财政投入效果仍有待于提高,最后提出对策建议。

摘  要：
In the new situation of increasing subsidy fund of agricultural machinery purchase in China,the status of investment on which were analyzed through analyzing the total amount,investment composition change and investment increment structural change.The results show that the total investment is increasing sustainable,the investment composition has transformed,and the central investment increment is rising greatly.The existing problems that there is still gap between total financial investment and actual demand,and it is necessary to improve the effort of financial investment were pointed out.At last,the countermeasures were proposed.
