瓜尔豆种子吸水动态及其发芽特性

摘  要:
本文针对瓜尔豆 (CyamopsistetragonolobaL .Taubert)种子发芽难的问题 ,研究了不同温度条件下瓜尔豆种子萌发过程中种子吸水的动态及发芽特性 ,并建立种子吸水率数学模型 ,对种子吸水率进行预测 ,拟合效果较好。本研究设定的几个温度中 ,2 7℃下无论是种子的发芽势、平均发芽日数还是种子的发芽指数均表现最好 ,种子发芽迅速整齐 ,为五个处理中的最适温度。

摘  要:
Guar is difficult to grow in most area of China, especially in North China, because high-temperature environment is required for germination. To solve the problem, dynamic trends of water-absorbing and germination characteristics were studied at different temperatures. And mathematical models were formed to predict water-absorbing rate of guar seeds. The models are perfectly fit with the original data. Germinating rate, germinating potential,average germinating time and germination index were also analyzed. The given germination parameters behave the best at 27℃, and guar seeds germinate most quickly and trimly at this temperature.
