单嘧磺隆对水华鱼腥藻生长的影响

摘  要:
研究单嘧磺隆对水华鱼腥藻(Anabaena flosaquae)生长的影响。结果表明,单嘧磺隆在低浓度(0.75mg.L-1以下)时,对水华鱼腥藻细胞数、干重和生长速率的影响不大,仍能持续合成生长;而当单嘧磺隆浓度为7.5mg.L-1以上时,则显著抑制水华鱼腥藻的生长,且高浓度时对水华鱼腥藻产生较强毒性,处理72 h时的EC50值为0.99 mg.L-1。可见选择对固氮蓝藻安全的除草剂单嘧磺隆,对维护稻田生态、促进农业可持续发展具有重要意义。

摘  要:
Choosing safe herbicides to blue-green algaes is important to protect ecosystem in rice fields and sustainable development of agriculture.The results of toxicity test of monosulfuron on Anabaena flosaquae showed that under the concentration of 0.75 mg·L~(-1),monosulfuron had no significant influence on cell number,dry weight,growth rate and photopigment.However,strong toxicity was detected when the concentration exceeded 7.5 mg·L~(-1),and the EC_(50) value after treated with herbicides for 72 h was 0.99 mg·L~(-1).
