滹沱河上游径流演变及其影响因素分析

摘 要:
【目的】通过分析滹沱河上游流域的水文气象变化特征,从气候变化和人类活动两方面定量探讨径流变化的影响因素,为区域水资源的优化管理、规划和决策提供理论基础.【方法】采用Mann-Kendall趋势和突变检测法、流量历时曲线法和水文敏感性分析法.【结果】1957~2013年,滹沱河上游径流呈现显著的减少趋势,减少量0.15×10~(8 )m~3/a.径流的年际变化序列在1979年发生突变,突变前后年径流均呈减少趋势.与1957~1979年相比,1980~2013年径流的减少趋势有所减缓,仅为之前的38%,而多年平均径流的减少量超过50%.同时流量历时曲线存在明显下移,径流的年内分配更加趋于均匀,季节变化的差异减小.基于水文敏感性分析法,1980~2013年流域径流减少有26.7%归因于气候变化,而有73.3%归因于人类活动.【结论】1957~1979年,降水减少可能是引起滹沱河上游流域径流迅速减少的主要原因;而1980~2013年径流减少的主因则为工农业耗水和城镇生活用水的激增,即人类活动是滹沱河径流减少的主因.

摘 要:
【Objective】 In order to provide theoretical basis for the optimal management,planning and decision-making of regional water resources,the variation characteristics in the hydro-meteorological factors were analyzed in the upper reaches of Hutuo River Basin,and the influence factors for runoff change were also quantitatively discussed from two aspects: climate change and human activities.【Method】 Mann-Kendall Trend and Mutation Test,Flow Duration Curve(FDC) and Hydrological Sensitivity Analysis Method were used for analysis.【Result】 From 1957 to 2013,the annual runoff series showed a significantly decreasing trend with an obvious abrupt change point at 1979,with a rate of 0.15×10~8 m~3/a.The inter-annual variations of runoff were both decreased before and after the abrupt change year.Compared with the trend during 1957~1979,the decreasing trend slowed down during 1980~2013,which was only 38% of that in the previous period.The decrease of average annual runoff had exceeded 50%.Meanwhile,the FDC has obviously moved down.Runoff distribution tended to be more uniform during the year.Based on the Hydrological Sensitivity Analysis Method,the recent contribution rates of climate change and human activities on the reduction of runoff were 26.7% and 73.3%,respectively.【Conclusion】 The decrease in precipitation might be the main reason for the rapid reduction of runoff in the upper reaches of the Hutuo River from 1957 to 1979,while the reason changed into the impact of human activities,which were embodied in the rapid increase in the agricultural and industrial water consumption and the urban domestic water use.
