利用近红外光谱法及传统化学法定量分析象草中营养成分的比较

摘  要:
为了比较近红外光谱法与传统化学法定量分析象草中的营养成分,试验测定象草中的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维含量。结果表明:试验分别采用近红外光谱法及传统化学法分析30份象草的干物质、粗蛋白质、粗灰分、中性洗涤纤维、酸性洗涤纤维,存在显著或极显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。说明试验采用的禾本科牧草近红外光谱预测模型并不适用于广西地区水牛饲用象草营养成分指标的检测,需要对已有的近红外预测模型进行调整。

摘  要:
Pennisetum purpureum is common forage resource in water buffaloes industry. The objective of the current study was to investigate the difference of nutritional composition in Pennisetum purpureum by using Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy and traditional chemical method.The results showed that significant differences( P < 0. 05 or P < 0. 01) were observed amongdry matter,crude protein,crude ash,NDF,ADF which determined by Near Infrared Reflectance Spectroscopy and Traditional chemical method. These data indicated that the predicted model used in this study was not suitable for the measurement of nutritional composition of Pennisetum purpureum. Further research should be performed for the optimization of the predict model.
