6-BA与NAA对杂交松组培增殖效果的影响

摘  要:
[目的]研究6-BA与NAA对杂交松不定芽增殖结果的影响。[方法]在DCR培养基中设置不同的6-BA和NAA浓度组合,研究6-BA和NAA对杂交松不定芽增殖结果的影响。[结果]杂交松不定芽增殖的最佳培养基为DCR+2.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,此时,增殖率为96.7%,增殖倍数为6.2。[结论]杂交松不定芽增殖试验中,6-BA起着决定性作用,低浓度NAA的增加,有利于提高增殖率和增殖倍数。

摘  要:
[Objective] Study the effects of different concentration 6-BA and NAA on propagation of Pinus elliottii×Pinus caribaea.[Method] By adding different concentration of 6-BA and NAA into the DCR medium,their effects on the propagation of adventitious bud of Pinus elliottii×Pinus caribaea.[Result] The best media of propagation was DCR +2.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,in this instance,the propagation rate was 96.7% and the propagation multiple was 6.2.[Conclusion]6-BA was the decisive factor in propagation of Pinus elliottii×Pinus caribaea,with increase of low NAA concentration,propagation rate and progation multiple have improved.
