“退耕还林工程”实施后安塞县商品型生态农业建设成效

摘  要：
以安塞县为例,分析了该县商品型生态农业的建设成效,探讨了商品型生态农业建设对区域农业生态经济系统演替过程产生的影响。结果表明:在退耕还林还草工程实施的背景下,安塞县商品型生态农业建设取得了明显的生态、经济和社会效益;2007年与1999年相比,全县林草覆盖率提高了12.6%,水土流失治理程度提高了14%;高效设施农业已成为安塞县主干道周围农业生产的主要模式,其产值占农林牧渔总产值的72%;农民人均纯收入较1999年增长了83.51%,其中工副业、种植业和果业收入占农民总收入的77.28%;农业生产稳定指数同比提高了51.61%,粮食稳定性指数同比增加了17.07%,二、三产业发展稳定性指数同比下降了77.91%。

摘  要：
Taking Ansai County as an example,the effect of constructing ecological agriculture with commodities was analyzed,and its impact on the succession process of regional agricultural eco-economic system was discussed.The results indicated that: in the context of launching Grain for Green Project,there were significant ecological,economic and social benefits from constructing ecological agriculture with commodities in Ansai County.Compared to that of 1999,the vegetation coverage rate in Ansai County increased by 12.6%,and soil-water erosion rehabilitation rate increased by14% in 2007.Efficient facility farming had become the main mode of agricultural production,which was near the arterial roads in Ansai County and took up 72% of GAP(the gross agricultural product).Compared to the figure of 1999,net income per peasant increased by 83.51%.Especially,the income of sideline,crop farming and fruit accounted for 77.28% of the total revenue.The stability index of agricultural production had increased by 51.61% year on year,while the food stability index had grown by 17.07% annually.Meanwhile,the development stability index of secondary and tertiary economic sectors fell by 77.91% year on year.These conclusions could be used as the basis for further studying on the systemic coupling relations and seeking sustainable development approaches of ecological agriculture with commodities.
