棉铃发育过程中纤维素、脂肪、蛋白质等的动态变化

摘  要:
采用纤维强力差异较大的2个棉花品种,分析其棉铃发育过程中,纤维内纤维素,种仁内脂肪、蛋白质等7种成份的变化规律及诸成份与纤维素的相关关系。结果表明,纤维素、脂肪、蛋白质等7种成份的含量与铃龄之间均呈非线性关系;纤维素与纤维内可溶性糖、蛋白质及种仁中脂肪含量单相关系数达极显著或显著水平,尤其与种仁中脂肪含量呈高度正相关关系。这就为通过育种和改进栽培技术,同时提高棉花纤维品质和种子含油量提供了可能性。

摘  要:
Two cultivars of upland cotton (PD9223 and Xuzhou 514) quite different in fibre strength were selected to study cellulose, soluble carbohydrate and protein contents in the fibre cells and fat, protein, saturated fatty acid and unsaturated fatty acid in the embryos during boll development. The method of curvilinear and polynomial fitting were introduced to analyze the data with boll age as the independent variable and the above seven components as dependent variables. Regression analysis and grey relational analysis were also used to analyze the relationships between the contents of cellulose and other tested components. The data showed that there were exponential function relationships between boll age and the contents of cellulose, soluble carbohydrate, and parabola relationships between boll age and protein in fibre cells and fat, unsaturated fatty acid in embryos (Fig. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5). During boll development, there was no significant correlation between cellulose content in fibre cells and protein, saturated ar.d unsaturated fatty acid in embryos. However, highly significant and significant correlations were found between cellulose content in fibre cells and soluble carbohydrate, protein in fibre cells and fat content in embryos (Table 2). The grey relational analysis showed the strongest correlation between cellulose content in fibre cells and fat content in embryos. There might be no competition between the two through boll development (Table 3). If this is the case, it will be possible to improve fibre quality and oil content in cotton seed simultaneously by improving the techniques of cotton culture.
