经营风险视角下的生猪价格指数保险研究

摘  要：
我国有着全球最大的生猪市场,生猪产业已经成为我国农业整体中不可或缺的一部分。然而,随着生猪产业的快速发展,生猪市场价格波动幅度也越来越明显,生猪养殖户所面临的风险与日俱增。因此,能够起到有效分散生猪市场风险作用的生猪价格指数保险引起了业内广泛关注。笔者以此为出发点,借鉴国际上生猪价格指数保险发展较为成熟国家的经验,以黑龙江省2010—2015年生猪出场价格以及养殖户实际购买二等玉米价格的统计数据测算出平均猪粮比值,从保险公司经营风险的角度出发,对黑龙江省未来开展生猪价格指数保险的经营风险进行了探讨。最后,对我国生猪价格指数保险未来的发展提出了合理化建议。

摘  要：
China has the world's largest pig market,and the pig industry has become an indispensable part in the whole of China's agriculture.However,with the rapid development of the pig industry,hog market price volatility has become more and more obvious,and the risks faced by pig farmers are growing by the day. Therefore,the hog price index insurance that plays a role in effectively dispersing the risk of hog market has caused widespread concern in the industry. Taking this as a starting point,this author draws on the experience of more mature countries in the development of hog prices index insurance,and calculates the average pig grain ratio based on the statistical data of hog farm prices in Heilongjiang province from 2010 to 2015 and the prices that farmers actually purchased second grade corn. Starting from the point of view in operational risk of insurance company,the author discusses the operational risk from developing the hog prices index insurance in the future in Heilongjiang province. Finally,the author puts forward reasonable suggestions on the future development of hog prices index insurance in China.
