美好乡村建设资金困局分析——以蚌埠市为例

摘  要：
美好乡村建设是新农村建设的延续和发展,但是由于政府的公共财政投入有限,社会投入不足,农民和集体经济资金短缺,金融融资力度小,造成了美好乡村建设的资金困局。因此,在美好乡村建设中必须从满足农村基础设施建设需求、农民改善生活环境的需求、农村经济发展的需求以及农村文化、医疗、教育等需求出发,研究资金的筹措渠道,管好用好有限的农村建设资金,破解资金困局。

摘  要：
Beautiful rural construction is a continuation and development of new rural construction,but due to the government's Public Finance Investment Co.,insufficient investment from society,the farmers and the collective economy have shortage of funds,and financial strength small,resulting in good rural construction fund predicament. Therefore,the development of rural economy in the beautiful rural construction must improve the living environment to meet the needs of rural infrastructure construction,the farmers' demand,the demand and rural culture,health,education and so on,the financing channel,make good use of limited rural construction funds,so as to resolve financial difficulties.
