网络的普及对高校学生党建工作带来了新的痛点,具体包括党建教育的内容与网络生活的实际相脱节,削弱了党建工作的针对性;高校学生党建工作的形式缺乏创新,消解了党建工作的实效性;高校学生党建中的舆情监控与引导不及时,降低了党建工作的主动性。突破这些痛点必须坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,敢于创新党建教育的内容和形式;加大学生党建工作资源的投入和整合;帮助大学生提升自我管理能力。

The popularization of the Internet has brought new pain points to the party building work of college students, including the fact that the content of party building education is disconnected from the actual life of the network,which weakens the pertinence of the party building work;the form of party building work of college students lacks innovation and eliminates The effectiveness of party building work;the untimely monitoring and guidance of public opinion during party building in colleges and universities reduces the initiative of party building work. To break through these pain points,we must adhere to Xi Jinping s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the guide and dare to innovate The content and form of party building education; increasing the input and integration of studentsparty building work resources;helping college students improve their self-management capabilities.
