色氨酸及GA_3对缺锌苗床旱育稻秧生长的影响

摘 要:
在缺Zn2+条件下,旱育稻秧生长不良。喷施质量浓度为5mg/L(赤霉素)GA3不能有效地改善其素质。喷施质量浓度为500mg/L的色氨酸(Trp)或质量浓度为500mg/L的Trp与质量浓度为5mg/L的GA3混喷对秧苗生长有明显的恢复效应,而且混喷具有增效作用。在Zn2+充足(苗床施Zn2+)的条件下,喷施质量浓度为5mg/L的GA3使分蘖数及总根数明显减少;喷施质量浓度为500mg/LTrp效果不明显。以上结果表明:(1)缺Zn2+条件下,秧苗生长受抑的主要原因是植株体内Trp的合成减少,外源Trp可弥补其自身合成的不足,外源GA3可能通过某种途径调节体内IAA或Trp的代谢而使其与Trp混喷具有增效作用;(2)在Zn2+充足条件下,外源GA3可能干扰内源激素间动态平衡而破坏秧苗正常生长,使秧苗素质下降。

摘 要:
The effect of exogenous chemicals GA, and tryptophane(Trp) on the growth of dry cultivation rice seedlings under the condition of lack of Zn2+ was investigated by means of field tests. The results showed that under the condition of lack of Zn2+, the rice seedlings from dry nursery could not grow well. Spraying the GA, at the concentration of 5mg/L could not ef-fectively improve the seedling quality, but the obvious recovery effect of seedling growth could be obtained by spraying the Trp at the concentration of 500mg/L or spraying the mixture of GA, and Trp with respective concentration of 5mg/L and 500mg/L. Also, the increasing effect action could be found through spraying this mixture;Under the condition of rich of Zn2+(fertilizing Zn2+ to the seedling bed), spraying the GA, at the concentration of 5mg/L made the number of tillers and total roots per plant decrease obviously and no effect was observed by spraying the Trp with the concentration of 500mg/L. The re-sults indicated that:①under the condition of lack of Zn2+, the main reason for inhibition of seedling growth was the reducing the synthesis of Trp in plant and the exogenous Trp had a supplemental action. On the premise of spraying Trp, some path-ways regulated by GA3, which affected the metabolism of lAA or Trp, might exist in plant, so the increasing effect action could be gained between GA, and Trp;②under the condition of rich of Zn2+, dynamics equilibrium of endogenous plant hor-mones might be disturbed and normal growth of seedlings was damaged by spraying exogenous GA3, so that the seedling qual-ity was reduced.
