草原生物多样性保护法律法规、政策的影响及研究

摘  要：
在我国草原资源利用强度日益增加、草原生物多样性不断遭受威胁的背景下,为确保草原生物多样性得到有效保护和持续利用,维持人类赖以生存的生态过程和可持续性,针对我国已颁布实施的相关法律、法规和政策,重点论述了我国草原生物多样性保护研究的现状、进展以及对草原生物多样性的影响及其作用的评价,旨在以保证在国家、区域性水平上对草原生物多样性的研究占有最大信息量,用来监测草原生物多样性以及它们的生存环境,并有效地策划和实施中国草原生物多样性保护的行动计划。以此为基础,进一步研究、完善和制定草原生物多样性保护相关法律、法规和政策,确保我国草原生物多样性及优化草原生态环境的可持续发展。

摘  要：
On the background of increasing utilization intensity of grassland resources and threatening grassland biodiversity,and with the promulgation and implementation of law,rule and policy in China,aimed to insure the protection and sustainable utilization of grassland biodiversity and maintain the ecosystem and sustainability,the research status,progress,and evaluation of the effect and function of grassland biodiversity were discussed to do benefit to monitor grassland biodiversity and its environment.On the basis of this study,the law,rule and policy on grassland biodiversity should be further revised and established to make sure the grassland biodiversity and the sustainable development of grassland environment in China.
