HPLC法测定不同产地贯叶连翘中黄酮类成分的含量

摘  要:
采用HPLC法测定不同产地贯叶连翘中芦丁、金丝桃苷和槲皮素的含量。结果表明,芦丁的线性检测范围为0.052 9~0.529 0μg(r=0.999 7),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD=1.471%;金丝桃苷的线性检测范围为0.049 3~0.493 0μg(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.407%;槲皮素的线性检测范围为0.001 66~0.053 00μg(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=1.295%。

摘  要:
The contents of rutin,hyperin and quercetin in Hypericum perforatum L.from different producing areas were determined by HPLC method.The results showed that the linear detection range of rutin was 0.052 9-0.529 0 μg(r=0.999 7) with average recovery of 99.4% and RSD of 1.471%.The linear detection range of hyperin was 0.049 3-0.493 0 μg(r=0.999 6) with average recovery of 100.2% and RSD of 1.407%.The linear detection range of quercetin was 0.001 66~0.053 00 μg(r=0.999 8) with average recovery of 98.5% and RSD of 1.295%.
