绝缘法兰失效对输油管道阴极保护的影响与校正

摘  要:
输油管道阴极保护站进站管道绝缘法兰存在一定程度的绝缘失效,导致保护站阴极保护电流较以往电流值偏大,通电电位和进出站附近管道电位测量值异常。测试绝缘法兰失效后,阴极保护电场变化,进而分析通电电位测量时误差存在的原因。通过断电电位测量进行电位误差校正,达到保证阴极保护有效性的目的。

摘  要:
There existed certain insulation failures in pipeline flange at the entrance of pipeline cathodic protection station,which would induce higher current in the cathodic protection system than that of before,abnormal potential value was caused for the potential at power point and near the pipeline.The changes of electric field of cathodic protection after failure of insulation flange were measured and the reason of error existed in the measurement of power potential was analyzed.The potential error is corrected by means of power off potential measurement for the purpose of effective cathodic protection.
