基于中国—东盟水果贸易的广西优质柑橘产业发展策略探析

摘  要:
【目的】明确广西柑橘"节本、高效、优质"生产技术体系对东盟国家互补性出口贸易的重要作用,为促进广西柑橘产业提升国际市场竞争力提供理论参考。【方法】通过调查和试验方法比较分析我国对东盟国家的水果进出口贸易现状,掌握优势及薄弱环节;结合长期定位田间试验结果,构建适合广西柑橘的"节本、高效、优质"生产技术体系。【结果】在贸易方面,我国水果与东盟国家水果互补性较强,但柑橘在东盟国家受来自澳大利亚、美国、日本和巴西的同类别产品直接竞争,产品价格、品质、品牌等优势尚不明显;从贸易量数据观察发现广西柑橘在东盟国家的目标市场为越南、泰国和马来西亚;以广西凭祥口岸在检验检疫和路网基础方面具有优势,能满足柑橘出口贸易在成本和时效方面的要求。在广西柑橘生产方面,水肥一体化灌溉技术能同步实现土壤管理和病虫害防治,且成本控制效果显著;高畦覆膜栽培技术能提高产品糖度,满足海外市场对品质的要求;品牌经营尚未完善,因此产品附加价值有限。【建议】基于水肥一体优化和高畦覆膜栽培技术建设广西柑橘的"节本、高效、优质"生产技术体系,提升产品价格和品质优势;通过建设本土自主品牌,提升产品品牌价值,推进广西优质柑橘产业升级发展,提高国际市场竞争力。

摘  要:
【Objective】Defining the "cost saving,high efficiency,high quality" citrus production technology system in Guangxi played an important role to the complementary trade between China(Guangxi)and ASEAN,it provided theoretical reference for Guangxi citrus industry enhancing the competitive strength in international market.【Method】Investigation and comparison analysis were combined to study the obstacles in import and export of fruit trade between China and ASEAN to obtain strength and weakness."Cost saving,high efficiency,high quality"citrus production technology system suitable for Guangxi was constructed based on long time field experiment.【Result】In terms of international trade,one can find the complementary trade in citrus between China and ASEAN countries,but citrus were facing direct competition of similar products from Australia,United States,Japan and Brazil since China(Guangxi)citrus' pricing,brand value,quality did not have evident competition superiority. China(Guangxi)citrus target markets are Vietnam,Thailand,as well as Malaysia. Ports in Pingxiang,Guangxi has advantages in inspection and road networks that meet transportation cost and timeliness requirements for citrus import and export trade. In terms of Guangxi citrus production,integral control of water and fertilization demonstrated the effective results in soil management and pest control,as well as the cost reduction in material and labor costs. Plot lamination cultivation technology demonstrated the increase in fruit sugar content that met the needs of ASEAN market consumers. Brand management has not yet established so that added value of citrus was limited.【Suggestion】Constructing"cost saving,high efficiency,high quality"production technology system of Guangxi citrus based on integral control of water and fertilization system and the plot lamination cultivation technology,enhancing competitive advantages in pricing and quality;constructing local brands to increased brand value,promote the upgrade of Guangxi high-quality citruc industry and raise its competitive strength in international market.
