船用柴油机NO_X测量原理及控制分析

摘  要:
在阐述船用柴油机NOx生成机理的基础上,研究了国内外柴油机尾气污染物的控制标准,分析了柴油机控制尾气排放方面的主流技术措施及其研究现状,论述了化学发光法测量NOx的基本原理,并对6K90MC-C型船用柴油机进行了实际测试。结果表明,该机型NOx的排放满足排放法规的限制值,对柴油机尾气净化技术研究具有一定的参考价值。

摘  要:
The mechanism of NOx formation on the marine diesel engine and the control standards of diesel exhaust pollution at home and abroad are described, the current situation and its mainstream technology measures to control exhaust emissions of diesel engine are simultaneously analyzed, and the basic principle of chemiluminescence to measure NOx is discussed. The actual test result of the 6K90MC-C type marine diesel engine shows that the NOx emission of this model meets the limit values of emission regulations,which has important reference value and guiding significance for the development of diesel exhaust gas purification technology.
