植物内生菌提取物对水稻生长发育的影响

摘  要:
通过发芽、盆栽及田间试验,研究不同配方的植物内生菌提取物对水稻种子活力和幼苗形态、旗叶生理生化、子粒内源激素以及产量等指标的影响。结果表明:芽期用5 ng/mL链格孢菌提取物R和5 ng/mL晶粒鬼伞菌提取物D的混合液处理,种子芽势、活力指数分别比ck高出9.52%、23.94%;苗期用25 ng/mL R和25 ng/mLD混合液处理,苗干质量、苗鲜质量、根长、根干质量、中期分蘖数分别比ck高出200.60%、186.98%、214.38%、271.43%、110.15%;苗期和扬花期都用25 ng/mL R和25 ng/mL D混合液处理,旗叶叶绿素含量、POD活性分别比ck高出13.59%、17.65%,MDA含量比ck低24.36%,强势粒和弱势粒的IAA和6-BA含量分别低于对照49.45%、25.53%和41.57%、1.79%,单位面积(667 m2)产量、千粒重分别比ck高出13.2%、3.22%。这说明植物内生菌提取物对水稻生长发育有显著影响,且苗期、扬花期联合使用25 ng/mL R和25ng/mLD混合液效果最好。

摘  要:
The effects of different formulations of plant endophyte extracts on biochemical indexes, such as seed vigor of rice, seedling morphology, physiologic and biochemical index of flag leaf, endogenous hormone of seed, and yieldwere studied by sprouting potting and field test.The results showed thatgermination potential and vigor index of rice seeds treated by mixture of 5 ng/mL of extracts of Alternaria(R)and 5 ng/mLof extractsof Coprinus micaceus(D)atgermination stagewere higherthan those of the control by 9.52% and 23.94%.The seedling dryweightand freshweight, root length, rootdryweight, and the number of tillering during the middle stage of rice treated by mixture of 25 ng/mL of R and 25 ng/mLof D increased by 200.60%, 186.98%, 214.38%, 271.34% and 110.15% respectively. After the ricewas treated bymixture of 25 ng/mLof Rand 25 ng/mLofD atseedling stage and blooming stage, the chlorophyll content of flag leaf increased by 13.59%, POD activity increased by 17.65%, MDA content decreased by 24.36%, the content of IAA and 6-BA of superior grains and inferior grains decreased by 49.45%, 25.53% and 41.57%, 1.79% respectively, the acre yield and thousand-seed weight increased by 13.2% and 3.22%, comparedwith the control.The results showed thatthe extracts of plant endophyte had significant effects on the growth of rice, and the combined use of mixture of 25 ng/mLof R and 25 ng/mLof D during seedling stage and blooming stage led to the best results.
